减 肥 记 (1)
我，正 常 人 一 个，整 天 嚷 着 瘦 身 减 肥， 但 每 当 美
食 当 前，就 把 diet mission 全 给 抛 到 九 霄 云 外 去 了，
五 十 五 公 斤 的 目 标 都 给 美 食 给 比 下 去 了。吃 了
之 后 还 会 安 慰 自 己 说，没 关 系，吃 得 是 福，今 天
不 知 明 日 事，人 活 在 这 世 上 就 应 该 尽 情 享 受 嘛，
要 不 明 天 若 不 在 这 世 上 了，岂 不 是 辜 负 了 一 番
美 食？ 再 着，味 蕾 也 没 得 好 好 的 品 尝 和 发 挥 一 番。
oh, 决 不 可 让 这 一 切 发 生。人 固 有 一 死，美 食 却 不
可 不 尝。天 可 容，我 可 不 容 啊！

Jazz
其 实 一 直 以 来，我 都 满 喜 欢 爵 士 音 乐， 但 都 只 限 于 轻
快 版 的, 但 最 近 在 Rock Corner 听 到 了 怀 旧 版 的， 感 觉
还 不 错，最 重 要的 是， 有 了 知 音。我 们 每 当 听 到 好 听
的 爵 士 乐 ， 就 会 彼 此 约 在 一 起 在 你 家 细 细 聆 听，再 加
上几 杯 香 醇 的 红 酒 或 白 酒，还 可 真 是 人 生 一 大 享 受
呢！ 又 或 者 我 们 会 第 一 时 间 通 知 对 方 说，hey,我 又 买
了 好 听 或 在 哪 里 听 到 好 听 的 jazz 了 。然 后 大 家 听 了
以 后 再 一 起 说 说 听 后 的 感 觉，每 每 大 家 有 同 感 时，
我 都 会 感 觉 特 别 兴 奋，那 种 共 鸣 可 不 是 容 易 找 到
地。 所 谓 千 金 易 买，知 音 难 求， 是 不 无 道 理 地。

Surfing
The only thing that i feel regret after came back from Bali and Goldcoast is that we were just spending too little time at the beach. I must go for surfing if i go to these 2 places again, because both GC and Bali is surfers's paradise. As you can see at GC even though is winter time now, but the weather is just nice as Genting Highlands, so you will be seeing a lot of surfers enjoying the great great wave and the surfers in the sea from far is like queing up one another, waiting for the handsome wave to surf. How macho and pretty they are. Haiya, what a waste i didn't join them, probably i will be one the prettiest, ha ha.
So i have decided, since i am still young now, 2x ++, still can be energetic to surf la, i will definitely go for a surf at least once in my life time. Because i just can't imagine if 10 years later i am going again, maybe i already become a fat lady, even though can surf also like an oily container floating in the sea. Haha, hard to imagine leh.

Just Five More Minutes
Dear all,
I think this is worth to share, life is too precious that we can't afford to
lose any minutes to spend with the one we love.

While at the park one day, a woman sat down next to a man on a bench
near a playground. "That's my son over there," she said, pointing to a
little boy in a red sweater who was gliding down the slide. "He's a fine
looking boy" the man said. "That's my daughter on the bike in the
white dress." Then, looking at his watch, he called to his daughter.
"What do you say we go, Melissa?" Melissa pleaded, "Just five more
minutes, Dad. Please? Just five more minutes." The man nodded and
Melissa continued to ride her bike to her heart's content. Minutes
passed and the father stood and called again to his daughter. "Time
to go now?" Again Melissa pleaded, "Five more minutes, Dad. Just
five more minutes." The man smiled and said, "OK."
"My, you certainly are a patient father," the woman responded.
The man smiled and then said, "Her older brother Tommy was killed
by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here.
I never spent much time with Tommy and now I'd give anything for
just five more minutes with him. I've vowed not to make the same
mistake with Melissa. She thinks she has five more minutes to ride
her bike. The truth is, I get Five more minutes to watch her play."
Life is all about making priorities, what are your priorities?Give
someone you love 5 more minutes of your time today!

羽 毛 球 记
和 同 事 们 开 始 了周 末 羽 球 活 动， 今 天 是 第 一
次，大 家 施 尽 九 牛 二 虎 之 力，尤 其 是 SC and JT,
她 俩 也 满 棒， 因 为 也 很 久 没 打 了，大 家 都 在
吵 吵 笑 笑 加 打 打 球 当 中 结 束 了 两 个 半 小 时
的 时 间。整 个 过 程 是 满 愉 快 的。但 是 本 小 姐
则 任 为 场 地 还 算 满 贵 的，RM70 for 2 and half
hours plus RM31.50 (还 是 最 便 宜 那 种) 的 羽 毛 球。
只 是，有 什 么 办 发 呢？ 如 今 酱 的 时 势，什 么
都 贵，百 货 高 涨 ，唯 独 荷 包 逐 渐 缩 水，随 随
便 便 上 百 货 市 场 买 些 grocery 即 便 上 百 块 钱。
若 不 是 为 了 可 以 锻 炼 健 康 体 魄 同 时 又 可
以 和 同 事 们 交 流 交 流，这 可 还 真 是 一 项
不 说 不 贵 的 运 动 啊！

肚 绞 头 晕 记
今 天， 如 平 日 一 样， 起 床 洗 刷 上 班， 突 然 肚 子
一 阵 阵 绞 痛， 马 上 跑 到 马 桶 去，但 是，肚 子 不
知 怎 的 实 在 通 的 夸 张，突 然 觉 得 头 上 都 是 星
星，快 要 晕 了， 很 辛 苦，马 上 站 上 来 呼 吸 一 下，
一 下 冒 冷 汗。因 上 回 也有 一 次 酱 的 经 验， 所
以 这 次 反 应 有 稍 微 快 一 点。 嘻！ 竟 然 会 为 这
种 事 沾沾 自喜。哈 哈！ 后 来 怎 样？ 当 然 过 了 一
阵 就 OK 了。但 过 后 就 一 整 天 晕 晕 如 也。我 想
应 该 是 时 候 来 一 回 身 体 检 查 了。我 的 天， 希
望 是 没 什 么 大 碍 吧！ 如 此 看 来，应 该 要 好 好
照 顾 健 康 了。健 康 万 岁！
